2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Appinions, you (“Client”, “You”, “User”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

3. Description of Service

Appinions is a subscription-based App Store Optimization (ASO) platform that provides:

• Keyword research and analytics for iOS and Android app stores
• Competitor analysis and tracking
• App performance monitoring and ranking reports
• Integrated report generation
• Keyword auto-suggestion tools
• App profile and review monitoring

Appinions provides data, analytics, and optimization tools. We do not provide paid installs, incentivized downloads, or any service that artificially manipulates app store rankings.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Billing
Appinions operates on a recurring subscription basis. Plans are billed weekly, monthly, or annually depending on the plan selected at checkout. Billing begins upon subscription activation.

4.2 Payment Authorization
By clicking “Subscribe” or “Start Trial”, you authorize Proceed Interactive Marketing Group LTD to charge your selected payment method for the subscription amount on a recurring basis, in accordance with the plan you selected. You authorize Us to store your payment method and automatically charge it on each renewal date.

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust pricing. You will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any price change. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

4.5 Taxes
Prices are exclusive of any applicable VAT or taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on your location.

5. Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered, access to paid features is granted for the trial period at no charge. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial end date. No charge is made during the trial period.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your initial subscription date, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method.

6.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via:

• Your dashboard under Settings → Subscription Management, or
• By contacting our support team at [email protected]

Cancellation stops future billing. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period after the 30-day refund window.

6.3 Non-Refundable
Refunds are not available after 30 days of the initial subscription date, or for renewals where cancellation was not completed before the renewal date.

7. Service Delivery

Service activation may take up to 24 hours from the time of payment. The billing cycle begins from the activation date. The service remains available for the duration of the active subscription period.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Appinions only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the platform
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform by automated means
• Use the platform to manipulate app store rankings through prohibited means (paid installs, click farms, review manipulation)
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written authorization
• Upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with the platform’s operation

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Appinions platform — including software, text, graphics, data compilations, and algorithms — are owned by Proceed Interactive Marketing Group LTD and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your own business purposes during your active subscription.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of Appinions is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at appinions.com/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.

11. Third-Party Services

Appinions may integrate with or display data from third-party sources including Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Third-party data is provided for informational purposes only.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be 100% accurate at all times. App store data is sourced from third-party APIs and may be subject to delays or inaccuracies.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Proceed Interactive Marketing Group LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

14. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a manner harmful to other users or the Company. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting support.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at appinions.com/terms-of-service. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
